Hello, we are Kim and Tommy, proud parents to Xander our amazing little hero. On September 4th 2002, we were introduced to the world of CHD, and with research, support groups, and hospital stays we have learned a great deal, and continue to learn as we watch our little boy grow. One thing we have learned is there is a lot more that needs to be done in the awareness and research on CHD’s. We decided to make it a goal of ours to help in any way we can to bring more awareness to CHD’s, those that have lost the battle and those living with them. We wanted to create a place that would 'house' mini websites of those affected with CHD's. We thought it would be a great idea to have a place where they could all be together - hence 'Club of Hearts'. Here you can read and learn all about these special, inspiring and courageous children and adults born with CHD’s.

This is not a support group or a learning site (other than to learn about the people themselves). We have a links section that will direct you to some wonderful and insightful sites loaded with CHD information and also to lead you to some great support groups. There is a sentiments section where you can leave a poem, quote, or words of encouragement to all. Or you can leave a personal message to a specific individual on their personal guest book found within their website.

We wanted to create this site as our way to give back to the CHD community. There is no cost to any of those who have their WebPages here, and if a person does not have a website to link to, we will help them to create one with Tommy donating his time and web design for them. He will work closely with the family to help personalize their site. We wanted to create this for families that do not have the time, resources, or ability to design a site for their loved ones. For those that already have a website created, we have attached a link to guide you to their site.

We do hope you enjoy your visit here and get to know the special ones who have touched so many lives.

Our son Xander has inspired us in a way we never imagined. Our lives have become so much more fulfilled and meaningful since he has come to us. It is a true honor to be blessed with such a loving, inspiring, and strong little boy.
